The concept has been an age-old vehicle for artistic afflatus.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a little preview of my current series.<\/p>\n<p>Last June, at sunset on the banks of the Potomac River, I saw this empty jug lying in the rocks. The more I looked at it and the more the sun set, the more a face appeared. Being very fond of tribal masks, I became immediately aware of the possibilities.
