This painting, “Pepper”, was part of “Art Unleashed”, an event to raise funds for the SPCA of Erie County and the Arts Council. For more information, go to www.ArtsCouncilBuffalo.org & www.SPCAEC.com.
Pepper’s owner, Joseph Sadowski, asked me to create this piece. He and his dog were registered volunteers in the Pet Therapy Program at the VA Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. Shortly after Pepper died, Mr. Sadowski also passed away. I’m sure that he’d be happy to know that Pepper’s inclusion in Art Unleashed will help generate funds for this noble cause.
